These Terms of Service govern your use of the STACKD website and purchases made through our online store.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and pricing

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, availability and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description or availability errors before fulfilling an order. Where an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

We may contact you if a product is unavailable, information needs clarification or an order cannot be fulfilled as placed.

Where payment has been made for an order that cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be provided.

Product images

We aim to display products accurately. Minor differences in colour, packaging or supplier presentation may occur.

Any substitute or materially different product will not knowingly be supplied without appropriate communication with the customer.

Website use

You may not misuse the STACKD website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.

STACKD branding, website content, graphics and original material may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
