Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from STACKD. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Returns may be accepted in accordance with applicable South African consumer law. Items being returned should, where applicable, be unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging.
Certain products may not be eligible for return where an exclusion is permitted by law, including goods that have been personalised, customised or specially ordered for you.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item. Please do not send products back without first contacting us.
Approved refunds will be processed using the appropriate refund method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
