STACKD delivers nationwide throughout South Africa.

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order and available delivery method.

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, supplier availability, courier operations and the products ordered.

We will provide available delivery information during checkout or after your order has been confirmed.

Some products may be sourced after an order is placed. Where this affects the expected delivery date, we will communicate with you as soon as reasonably possible.

Bulk orders

Where STACKD advertises free delivery on qualifying bulk orders, the applicable conditions or minimum order requirements will be shown during ordering or confirmed before fulfilment.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

STACKD cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Delays and unavailable products

If an ordered product becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil the order within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with available options, which may include waiting for stock, selecting an alternative product or receiving a refund.
